mam problem, poniżej występuje "applicable law" oraz "the Laws"
nie bardzo wiem jak ito nterpretować

The shares are in registered form only. A register of shares is kept at the registered office of the Company, where it will be available for inspection by any shareholder. Ownership of registered shares will be established by inscription in the said register. Transfers of shares are subject to applicable law and in particular the Laws. Subject to the provisions of the Laws, a transfer of registered shares shall be carried out by means of a declaration of transfer entered in the said register, dated and signed by the transferor and the transferee or by their duły authorised representatives.
