French term

par dommage

I cannot find the equivalent term for "par dommage". Any ideas?
Thanks!

Seems unclear... ...maybe either "for damage" or "per incident." Does the rest of the text help clarify this?

Just a suggestion, but it would make sense to me...

disagree Laura Harrison : dommages corporels is not mentioned so it is not specifically limited to an injury claim

each and every loss

Liability insurance limits apply either to "each and every loss" (par dommage) or "in the aggregate" (i.e. par an)

Using the word Damage in English restricts the interpretation to physical damage only and does not include bodily injury claims
