Anyone have a nice way or translating this? Very topical, and 'het nieuwe...' a very popular construction in the Netherlands. It's a management philosophy that has currency in many countries (more flexibility, managing by output not by presence in the office) but I don't know if there's a nice general term for it in English?
There's a Microsoft translation on Google but that seems a bit too 'branded', I'd like something more generic.

Comment: "Agree that this is broader than 'the new way to work'. Thanks. I was just hoping someone would come up with a nice snappy English expression!"

The New Way to Work
Or 'the new way to work' depending on context and whether you want to emphasise its existence/usage as a concept or not.

Note from asker:
It's the 'New World of Work' - which is nice becuase it brings across that idea of a totally revolutionary philosophy that I think 'het nieuwe werken' also does. But it is very veyr closely linked with Microsoft, I'm not sure you could happily use it for other organisations. |
