Didn't manage to find DREA, maybe it's a Sega Dreamcast (R) file?

Clone / Test & Development
A clone system is a replica of a live/production system used for activites such as performance testing. The test & development systems are typically used for development and for technical and functional proving, e.g. of software upgrades or for user acceptance.

: but how do you resolve the DREA/DRAE thing... the reference was already made in the inverted language pair reference I posted

In Spanish, I recall it meaning like 'Desarrollo, Rendimiento, Ensayo e Actualización. I came across the term at La Caixa, where the Catalan translation produced the same abbreviation. I think my memory is serving me well.

Discussion
But I think your typology of this language is wrong... it's not Castellano, but Catalá... You might be able to deduct that from "fitxer" instead of "fichero", "emulació" instead of "emulación", "clónic" instead of "clónico".
