Italian to English Law/Patents Computers: Systems, Networks Licence agreement
la licenza relativa ai prodotti sostituiti ha immediatamente termine per tutti i prodotti che non siano già esistenti e la nuova licenza si applica automaticamente ai prodotti sostitutivi

The meaning is clear - would it be correct in this case to say that 'it will apply immediately to products which do not already exist?'

I'm not sure of the best way to phrase this.

The licence relating to replaced products immediately ends for all the products which are not already in existence and the new licence automatically applies to substitute products.
