Tratando-se de uma faculdade nos USA, penso em capacidade de pagamento. Nesses formulário, normalmente requer-se que despesas com habitação sejam informadas.
Em alguns estados que têm o LHA ("departamento de habitação"), este órgão que fornece essa declaração.
