In a report on a survey, this phrase appears as a final option in each of the survey questions. Does it mean 'undecided', or 'not stated'?

For example:
Percepción del nivel de limpieza en los lugares donde los miembros del hogar realizaban sus necesidades
Muy bueno 5%
Bueno 24%

**No precisa** 2%

Thanks, everyone! I like all your suggestions; it was hard to choose. In the end I went for 'No answer' because it worked best in my particular context.

Thanks for the confirmation That was my understanding, but since I see 'undecided' so often, I wanted to make certain it wasn't that.

Creo que es la traducción más apta, aunque en realidad signifique que 'no sabe' o 'no respondió'.

agree Jenni Lukac (X) : My first reaction is to choose not specified or not stated, but I'd consider how the wording of this answer fits all the questions in the survey to decide which would be the most appropriate and consider Deborah's too. I often do a corpus search for this.
