si tratta di un testo in cui vengono descritte le procedure di un casinò quali sorveglianza, sicurezza e anche come vengono conservate le carte da gioco.
"In the cash desk we have a sealed pouch with the keys of the playing cards stock cupboard that is in the **soft count room**. Only cash desk supervisors are entitled to open the stock cupboard in the **count room**.
The main stock is kept locked in the security cupboard in the **Countroom**."
Leggo che count/counting room è la sala in cui materialmente viene effettuato il conteggio delle carte, ma non capisco quel "soft".

La questione è questa: "soft count" è il conteggio "soffice" quindi delle banconote mentre "hard count" si riferisce alle monete o alle fiches (chips).
