白身 here would refer to 白身魚 - "light-meat fish" is the translation I prefer for that term, but there are other ones.

Depending on the context and preference, you might also want to use a transliteration first, with the explanation in parentheses (something along the lines of "Light-meat fish Usuzukuri (thinly sliced sashimi)" for example).
