Reporting outcome events by treatment group during the trial (by anyone except the DMC) potentially jeopardizes the integrity of the trial.
I can't find an actual definition anywhere but if I understand correctly what it means is that those event signify a certain outcome in the trial, in other words if a certain outcome event occurs it will give a certain value to a certain endpoint... Or something like that.

לא. תוצאים הוא המונח המקצועי. אפשר לחפש ולמצוא בגוגל שפע דוגמאות לכך.

IMHO אירוע תוצאים not only sounds incorrect, it makes no sense.
