Borettslag This appears to be a reference to what we in Norway call a "borettslag" which is a "company" that it set up for the purpose of owning a building consisting of several condos, townhouses or apartments. Owning a share entitles the owner to live in one of the units. I am not that well versed in Swedish law, but this looks like language from a similar arrangment in Sweden.
