I had to be specific as it turns out that the English world can't agree about whether nape is the back of the head or the back of the neck and to make things worse, my dictionary defines it as "zatiljak" (or potiljak which I guess is more a Serbian word) although zatiljak is the back of the head (judging by the picture)... Yep.. I did make a science out of it LOL
