I agree with Jaime I don't think this is about 'drainage' but rather 'collection' - afterall it is illegal to throw away long chain hydrocarbons into the normal waste water.

your question Oil drain? do you have any information about whether the oily water is removed by gravity (into an oily water sump) or by pumping ("oily water pumping system"), as in a marina which has a pumping system to pump the bilge from the yachts to a treatment facility on land?

Oily water wastepipe / waste collection

I think it's a question of collection of the oily waters rather than simply throwing them into the drains....it's illegal!
