it's all happening at XXX
One option that is reasonably catchy.

You could also use a phrase such as "Things are hotting up at XXX" but that's rather more informal and may not suit the newsletter.

: For me, it's a better choice than using "change" which can be seen by some to be negative, esp. when it's used with "all"

: I don't know whether Harold Macmillan coined the phrase in his 1960 speech. However, I don't think it can be reused without evoking the end of European colonialism in Africa.

XXX - where the action's at
I don't think you really need any more suggestions, but I thought I'd add it as it has some advantages.
The company name is first, in the most important spot in the headline;
"action" is perceived as more positive than "change" - change can be for the worse.

XXX the happening place !!
xxx is where the action is/where it's at !!
Also, where the action is. The key center of activity; where important things are happening. For example, He decided to set up his store here, convinced that this is where it's at, or I'm going into the brokerage business; that's where the action is these days. The action or activity in this phrase can relate to just about anythingfinancial, political, social, or commercial. [Slang; c. 1960]
