There is also a formula used to determine the average weighted tariff (General incidence calculation). It must be highlighted that it was only in the cases of bound tariffs that a member of the XXX(trade organisation) is required to renegotiate(Article .......) with affected members if the bound tariff was **broken** and that compensation was not given in monetary terms but as a way of trading in those that may be lower than the external tariff.
