This appears in a collective agreement. It is part of a table that lists job titles and salaries. Other job titles include manutentionnaire, conducteur Hi Loader, Electromécanicien, etc.
There isn't a whole lot of context as the table simply lists the jobs and the corresponding salaries. The company business is similar to FedEx - they are a major courrier service and the jobs covered by the collective agreement seem to be on the warehouse floor.
I have no idea what this refers to. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I've also had a glance at Wordreference. Without any understandable hint at "ligne" (line of products ??? product line ??? range of products ??? unit ???), my best bet could be "key resource person" for "référent", and "product line " for "ligne" - whichever product may be !
