agree julie-h : Yes, I like that better than mine, you're right, it should refer to both energy and hand, but I think it should be *shrunken*- the adjective- or maybe shrivelled is better?

agree Yvonne Gallagher : "shrunken" for both energy and finger, can't use "shrivelled" with energy//shrivelled is better for finger though!

actually after seeing Danila's offering I think * shrivelled* is better as it refers to both her energy and her hand..
