Organisational and Management Model
Updating of the organisational and managment model (decreto legislativo 231). The model shall be updated in the event of: "modifiche normative in tema di responsabilità amministrativa degli enti, comprese eventuali novità nell’interpretazione delle disposizioni derivanti da nuovi orientamenti giurisprudenziali e/o orientamenti dottrinari.
I've translated nuovi orientamenti giurisprudenziali as "new lines of case law" but no sure about orientamenti dottrinari.

You don't need to translate either incidence of "orientamenti" - you can just translate the whole thing as "the interpretation of new case law and/or (legal) doctrine".

: according to my Cassell's English Dictionary, *doctrinaire* is a noun, not an adjective; i.e. "one who theorizes in ...", "a theorizer"..."an ideologist".

it must be copied from the French this doctrinaire. Confusing when there is also doctrinary.

: Doctrinaire means dogmatic, and i've never seen it used as a noun.
