Danish term
problemstillinger i virksomheden
Danish to English

Jordbrugsteknolog (AK) Degree
I'm not sure if it's this word giving me troubles, but I can't seem to get the following sentence to read smoothly:
"Den uddannede skal kunne 1) arbejde nationalt og internationalt med problemstillinger i virksomheden og i forbindelse med rådgivning inden for jordbrug..."
I've translated as:
"The successful student shall be able to 1) work nationally and internationally with professional issues and in connection with providing guidance within the Agro Business and Landscape Management..."
I've tried different ways of working problemstillinger i virksomheden and the rest, but still not finding the magic phrase. Any suggestions? (This all appears in an explanation of the programme's objectives.)

Problemstillinger often refers to a set of openended questions. In this particular instance, you could possibly use "major questions within the industry" or "key issues within the industry."

could also use "on issues" rather than "with issues" to add a bit more precision

Comment: "Tusind tak! That sounds so much better than what I had--and not just for the phrase in question. "

'issues' would be my first choice. This is a possible alternative.
