This is what is listed on my Credential Evaluation Report provided by World Education Services. On my original diploma I have almost the same sentence: нормативный период обучения по очной форме. In USA, for example, there is no дневная или вечерняя, очная или заочная форма. I would drop that part or use full time instruction in parentheses: length of program: 5 years (full time instruction)
