9.2.6 All contracts with artists and personnel, for purchases, licenses, location releases, and laboratory contracts and all other obligations and undertakings of whatsoever kind connected with the production of the Films have been made and entered into by Producer and by no other party and no obligation shall be imposed upon DistributorX and Producer shall indemnify and DistributorX harmless from any expense and liability.
