Le mot "registry" semble avoir plusieurs significations dans ce texte : enregistrement, bureau d'enregistrement et soulève également un lièvre, le nom de la société qui souhaite gérer cette extension.

Il s'agit du bureau d'enregistrement.
xxx doit passer un contrat avec l'ICANN (c'est la procédure) et ce contrat doit être enregistré dans un bureau d'enregistrement accrédité par l'ICANN
