French to English Bus/Financial Accounting CV
From the same internal CV as previous question, in a worldwide accountancy/consultancy firm.

"XXX a noué de nombreux contacts avec YYY à l’international, ce qui permet de répondre aux besoins des clients actuels ou de prospects (référés in & out)."

"inward and outward referrals" crosses my mind, but have not managed to run many instances to ground.

internal and external customers and prospects

In US business, we often speak of "internal and external customers." The idea is to treat colleagues (internal customers) with the same level of respect, courtesy, etc., as external customers.
