How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

1. Употребата на формули като "Form A1" e шаблонно приета в англоговорящия свят.
2. Определението "заявление" ("декларация") рядко фигурира в заглавията на декларации. По-скоро, под мястото за подпис на заявителя (декларатора) пише, че подписването съставлява декларация (или че настоящият документ представлява декларация) и съответно се поема отговорност по закона.
3. Смисъла на "акт" не се припокрива с английския "Аct". В случая, към Агенцията по вписвания постъпват разни "deeds" или "articles" -- "Articles of Association", "Articles of Incorporation" (устави), "Annual Accounts" (ГФО), покани, доклади и дори жалби. Доколкоте тези документи отразяват "действия" ("deeds") на фирмени управления, те най-"обтекаемо" се превеждат с "deeds".
Алтернативни термини биха могли да са "documents", "records", "resolutions", "statutory reporting items", като всеки (откровено, може би наред с "deeds") оставя нещо да се желае, тъй като самият формуляр е доста "пенкилер"-ски.
Доколкото пък само един парламент (или пък абсолютен монарх, диктатор) може да стори необратимо и важащо за всички "действие" ("суверенно действие"), то "Act" само в този случай e "закон". Но не разглеждаме тоя случай сега.
