English term

supporting third party

English to Spanish Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) tender
If the third party support aims at accomplishing the minimum qualification requirements such as the similar experience reflected by the presentation of lists of
products/services/works supplied/provided/executed during a previous period or the accomplishment of a minimum level of turnover in the business activity related to the object of the public procurement contract, the strong commitment presented by the applicant/tenderer should ensure the contracting authority that, should the contractor encounter difficulties during the performance of the contract, the ***supporting third party*** commits
itself to provide the full and lawful accomplishment of the contractual obligations through direct involvement.
