In other words, an Internet user isn't afforded acces to a wide range of information and world-views, on the basis of which they can make an informed decision and from which they can choose.

agree British Diana : yes, but it must be clear that it is the world view which is not offering balanced content to the users. The participle in the ST is in danger of dangling.
