Been pondering over it a bit and I think this seems to fit with the rest of the context as it seems to be referring to different elements of the software.
Not 100% convinced about the word policy though, ie as to what it is actually referring to....

If this software is installed on Windows systems (which it most likely is), I reckon they're referring to 'group policy deployment" here.
Discussion
Although after reading your source, deployment might well be right in this case, but the verb desplegar doesn't ONLY mean deploy, it can also mean unfold, open, open out, spread. It all depends on the context....
