Καταργει δικην ωσ προσ πρωτον εναγομενων

Greek to English Law/Patents Insurance law
It's the same sentence (Καταργει δικην ωσ προσ πρωτον εναγομενων, δικαζον κατ'αντιμωλιαν, δεχομενον εν μερει αγωγηω.)

Is this mean that the first defendant lost the case in the procedure where both sides were heard?

Sorry for asking partially, but the whole sentence puzzles me.
