Ik baseer me op de definitie en ik weet niet of ik die juist interpreteer, maar er staat: an announcement that a security will be RETIRED or CALLED.
Het lijk mij essentieel om te weten wat "retired" of "called" hier betekent, omdat "called" en "call" uit "call notice" direct samenhangen

what, for heavens sake, is calling a security?

Will TVA notify me if I own a TVA security that is going to be called (redeemed)?
In most cases, TVA will give a 30-day prior notice of its intent to call a security.
