The French delegation asked for clarification of the insurance periods contained in the SEDs. They recalled a previous agreement by the Administrative Commission that, as long as no position was agreed on the periods of lesser value, the work on the SEDs could not bypass this issue. This was also the position of the Commission. Therefore, he asked that the recommendation exclude explicitly the codes that indicate different values for periods.
