agree Richard Boulter : You really need to include both terms to cover the field, but in your context you may be able to select the appropriate single term. This is also said in the U.S. by saying 'agricultural'/'ranch' (issues), to reverse the common-vs.-technical expressions.

The English term "agriculture" includes both crop farming and livestock raising.
