English term

lid

English Medical Medical: Pharmaceuticals Medical Materials
I just don't know what is meant by that word here.

"Add 4 lid of (the product) to the half bin of water (5 liters). Not leaves mark, no need for rinsing.'

Is it injection, or could it be an equal of 'eyedrop'?

You can see the English here. :)

Of course not. I am just asking and giving possible hints. I am not sure.

Are you sure it's injection? to be dissolved in half bin of water?

That's what it sounds like - fill the cap of the container 4 times and tip it into the water.
