I can't think of a good Swedish phrase, but what it is is a certificate that indicates ownership of some kind of financial instrument or currency that will be sold on an agreed specific future date. It also indicates that it is a call market, ie trade is not continuos but rather only at specified times. Prices are set by the exchange as opposed to being determined by buying/selling acitivty. Call markets are not popular anymore and are mostly used where there is little trading volume.
