Non-PRO Japanese to English Other Other job interview
When interviewing someone for a job, can I just say "What is your good point?" or is there any other good phrase for it? Thank you for your help in advance!

What are your strengths?

I would phrase this as "what are your strengths?". That phrase is used quite often in interviews.
