En este contexto, significa que van a entrar en la casa usando este metodo, porque cuando todos están tan cercas, es muy dificil deternerlos. (y si el uso es figurativo, el bum-rush es simplemente entrar todos al mismo tiempo, no necesariamente cercas físicamente, pero tan juntos que el dueño de la casa/fiesta no puede impedir a todos entrar.)

Subirse o montarse sobre en sentido de aprovecharse de algún personaje de Hollywood con pocas luces para conseguir sacar provecho de la situación.

"agarrarse a algún tipo de Hollywood para exprimirle lo que pueda" - this is the best I can do in Spanish for the first part of your question (let´s hope someone can come up with something more idiomatic) but that´s the sense of it at least. Here "tit" is "teta", it´s a metaphor. He´s talking about people in search of fame and fortune who will attach themselves to anybody/anything with any influence in Hollywood for what they can get out of it (in the metaphor, the "tit" is the "pecho", the source of nourishment which they will grab hold of and suck on for all they´re worth!)

"to bum-rush" I´ve never heard before, though it doesn´t seem too different to "rush".
