Quero saber se há uma expressão genérica para "na medida certa", que se possa usar em outras situações, como no outo exemplo que dei. ex.: "FAzer exercícios na medida certa (na proporção certa)".

O contexto... Creio que o seu contexto se refere ao espaço físico do tamanho certo para guardar roupas em um armário e não abstrato.
