I've got a document for a single department at a university full of "VGWM", "veilgheid", "welzijn en gezondheid", "arbo", "arbo & milieu", "veiligheid en milieuzaken"... and these are only a few of the combinations encountered in the first 1000 words of this text. My question is: can't and shouldn't this all be lumped under HSE?
And isn't OSH part of HSE? Could one say that HSE is gradually taking over from OSH, as OSH, by definition, misses the ever-more-important 'E'? And is this the right forum for this question?

QSHE
I think this could be it. If you google VGWM and QSHE together you get many hits.
