Una vita; vive.
'Vivere' ('to live') is usually intransitive, though it's commonly used transitively if it takes an internal accusative as object. So for 'live it' one could translate 'vive eam', but I use the imperative alone here in the pregnant sense of 'live well, live life to the fullest, enjoy life', as in Catullus' famous verse (5.1) "Vivamus, mea Lesbia, atque amemus!"
