Thanks for your input. But the B "in literature" and the B "as literature" are two different concepts. I'm not sure which one is actually correct here.

: For a course title, "The Bible as a Work of Literature" (presuming the sense "памятник" is right, and not Russian "памятка". If the latter, then I'd vote for Susan's version and make it, "The Bible as a Guide to Literature").

Вот что значит слишком много работать. И не подумал бы, что пам'ятка на укр. еще и памятник. Мало им слова пам'ятник что ли.
