called ID

If you use "caller ID" for "発ID", "called ID" should be used as a pair.
Note from asker:
hi, in the lines of your suggestion what do you think of caller ID and receiver ID used as a pair?

receiving (or destination) ID

If we are talking about VOIP, "calling" and "called" are good. Otherwise, "source" or "sending" and "destination" or "receiving" are probably better.

incoming ID

Does it happen to be replaceable with "incoming ID"?

termination ID

In the telecommunication context, "origination" and "termination" are also used for "発" and "着" as a pair.

You can google "origination ID" + "termination ID" for confirmation.
