I'm not sure this is a legal term as such.
My first thought was "conclusive", but probably "compelling" is enough, i.e. it's very persuasive testimony or evidence.
Perhaps even "clear testimony" would be enough: testimony that is clear in its implications, unambiguous in terms of the conclusions that should be drawn from it.
