Perhaps LIKELIHOOD OF TREATMENT OPTIONS BASED ON CLINICAL PROFILE would make more sense given the "low" and "medium" qualifiers after the "treatment options" (if that is what they are). If "posponedores" is a reference to the doctors who think treatment should be postponed for the moment (I'm grasping at straws here - I should have marked my confidence level much lower), then that would make more sense. It's not likely that the chances of postponing treatment would be higher than the other options!
