Não nos parece, aceitável, terem decidido pela suspensão dos vossos serviços à nossa Empresa, até porque não houve qualquer incumprimento da nossa parte.
Gostaríamos de saber como pretendem resolver esta situação, já que estamos a ser altamente prejudicados pela perda de negócios que a vossa decisão precipitada nos causou.

Must be Portugal . . "estamos a ser" . . . "we are being" (gerund), right? In other words, it's happening in the present!
