English to Dutch Other Other Tender related

This is a document where a meticulous description is given of all the work to be carried out in a contract if a contract would be granted. As far as I know it has to do with a tendering situation. The document describes point by point which bit has to be carried out by the supplier and which bit by the customer. There must be a good Dutch expression for this, but I can't think of it at the moment.
