I'd say that partnership is when two or more persons share a business enterprise, whereas a co-ownership refers more to a shared asset, such as a house.

Could be a 'joint venture' -- though usually this term is used in whatever language the other text is in (though not always).
Could be a partnership, though there are other words for this, so probably not.
