if you had read my suggestion attentively, you `d have noticed that I suggested both "to institute legal proceedings" AND to file a complaint against.... to file a lawsuit does not provide anything new or b etter..

: sorry, but must contradict: μήνυση is not a lawsuit but " η δίκη" and "μηνυω " means το report so. to the police

I think you are totally wrong! Do you mean trial and lawsuit? these are two different things...You sue somebody and then you go to trial

(I am writing in latin keyboard on purpose)
Complaint is kataggelia
Charge/ cahrged is the katigoria (with eeta H not Iota)
lawsuit is Agogi
Trial is Diki
Impeachment is Kataggelia (President Nixon was impeached and President Clinton almost got impeached)
Indictement it the katigoritirio (the one the Distrixct Attorney calls out during the trial in a lawsuit when one is charged after a complaint is filed)
