Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (1): d_vachliot (X)

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Looking forward to your response

Standard and non aggressive
but it also depends on the tone and the formality
...it could possible also be as stright forward and aggressive
<I am/We are expecting that you take (immediate) action and looking forward to your answer at your earliest convenience>.. since I do not know about the subject matter of the letter or the tone

I just want to clarify something on business communication

In business, when speaking or writing (communicating with others) there is one of many rules that says "Action is to be demanded, Action is not requested"
It can be done in a number of ways according to business ethics/politics/hierarchy/urgency/ etc, but you can never "look forward to somebody doing something" because "looking forward" = anticipate, προσβλέπεις, ελπίζεις, επιθυμείς, περιμένεις, θά ήθελες νά .... Any other communication will not be effective and may be misinterpreted as either rude, weak, irrelevant or non worthy.

Demand an action = correspondence examples

Please take immediate action so that....and kindly keep me/us posted of the results in this regard (at your earliest possible convenience) or by (insert date and time) or "Kindly make the necessary arrangements to....." or "kindly take the necessary steps to....."

Even though we all started with Looking forward, I looked forward for a response and not an action which is a safe way of communicating when one is not certain were is treading on
Peer comment(s):

agree d_vachliot (X) : Ωραία ιδέα. Σε μερικές περιπτώσεις, μπορείς να πεις και κάτι του στυλ "Kindly make the necessary arrangements". Εξαρτάται για τι μιλάει.
