É, infelizmente, eu não tenho nada a apresentar com firmeza. Achei "presidente" como sendo uma tradução para "country head". Em geral é o presidente de uma empresa em nível nacional.

O DC é exatamente a minha dúvida. Não há qq dica do que possa ser, infelizmente, nem há q alusão a isso no texto. Tenho que entregar amanhã cedo, senão perguntava ao próprio cliente...
