I've changed my mind "guest" does not fit here,that is in Russia only "guests" may have purely formal meaning, guests can be invited to attend business meetings or they could be interviewed.That simply does not correspond to understanding of a "guest" in English (total relaxation on the part of a guest). Then, "guest" is something of a physical body, we may have "guests" on TV but in the printed text-it is somewhat over the top, sounds silly."Interview with" normally goes as a second line under this section title.May be just "Featured"and "Interview with MrX" in the next line-?The questions about who is featured and who is featuring and what exactly is the feature -would not rise this way.

I don't know that anything catchy would be appropriate. I think the idea is that the person interviewed (the name, if you will) is to draw the attention.

to Alexander: your variant seems to work well, though the link you submitted is a podcast and its summary. to Judith: i quite see your standpoint, however i can't imagine your variant as a title of a magazine section, though i would probably choose to use this variant in the lead/ main body of an article. I need smth up to the point, yet catchy. What would the literary translation sound like: Guest of the issue??
