Hello, I am translating a contract and am having trouble with this phrase.
I suppose it has to do with a fee charged for currency conversion, but I am not sure of how to translate it. The context is as follows:
As of the Effective Date of the Supply Agreement, Purchaser shall provide an irrevocable letter of credit acceptable to XXX in the amount of the Supply Agreement Price and the Termination/Cancellation fee plus the cost of any *currency instrument unwinding fees* for which XXXX may be liable in the event of Purchaser’s early contract termination, which letter of credit and/or guaranty will expire on payment of final payment under such agreement...
